.Your article on Darya is so beautiful it is almost out of this world. It delivers hope back to tho se of us who live from day to day and forgotten about HOPE. When I was a child growing up in Afghani stan amidst poverty the only thing I could hear was "you can have the whole world with hope 4; and being positive. Darya is a gift to the Afghan people. He is serving everyone regardless of co lour, creed, language , religious affiliation, and political opinion .We are truly fortunate to have someone like Darya who keeps reminding us that the world we have created for ourselves by default, o r from some perspectives, purposefully is not as bad as it seems. He does this through music , a co llective language we all understand and have not abandoned . When I saw the leaders of 40+ count ries of NATO scratching their heads over the exit strategy from Afghanistan I was not sure whether t o feel proud like my ancestors in Nineteen Century for winning battles against the might of teh Brit ish Empire or feel sad for the future of the children who had forgotten to smile. I pray and hope th at through his great work he continues to make a difference and inspire the new generations to seek peace and prosperity for the future of Afghanistan. Bless you brother Farhad
